That 300 does sound pretty wicked. I hope I get that same sound out of mine once I transplant it into the 74. I've already got the pipes and flowmasters. Just hope it doesn't sound like crap once its all said and done.

Don't be fooled though, I tried a cherry bomb extreme and it sounds really good at idle and has a cool pop on decel or downshifts, but unless you got headers it won't be as good as this stang.

still sounds off, kinda buzzing at higher rpm's, still nice tho, buddy of mine has a 2001 v6 with long tubes cherry bombs no cat and axle dump, he loves his lil 3.8 v6, it only sounds good at idle to me

Cousin of mine had a 65 stan with an i6 and an open header for a time otherwise a glasspack like that and he said he got more people wanting to race him in that than his other 66 or 65 with a 289...it was all based on sound I guess
